Shipping, Refunds and Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Contact our Support Team (enquiries@vital3d.co.uk) for any queries about returns or refunds.

Shipping
All orders are usually processed within 48 hours but could take longer during busy periods. We provide a standard 2 - 10 business days courier delivery service for regular orders except 3D printers, please email us at enquiries@vital3d.co.uk for all 3d printers order process. Once Vital3D accept your order, Vital3D will endeavour to deliver the goods within a stated standard delivery period. If some of the goods you order are not available Vital3D may deliver part of your order. Vital3D will deliver the rest of the order as soon as possible afterwards.
Vital3D use a range of shipping services depending on weight and size of orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free delivery is available on orders over £99 to UK mainland destinations excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, are subject to additional postal charges according to volumetric weight and parcel size.
You will receive confirmation email when your order has been successfully placed. If you don't receive conformation email, please check your spam folder. Or email us at enquiries@vital3d.co.uk
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
International – all international order please email us at enquiries@vital3d.co.uk with a list of the products you require and your address. We will then calculate the shipping to your country, and we will respond your email with accurate postage costs (
Vital3D not liable for International free shipping cost).
Vital3D not liable for a parcel not reaching its destination if the supplied delivery information is incorrect. Please ensure that you provide the delivery address and contact number correctly at the time of checkout.
Vital3D will not accept responsibility for loss or damage during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please ensure you check the goods upon receipt. Inform the courier if you suspect any damage.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to cancel or return all or part of your order, you have a legal right to do within 14 days of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition and must be in the original packaging and any damage to packaging or item that falls under responsibility of purchaser will result in refund not being processed.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
As soon as we receive the item back, our team will be inspected it and notify you that we have received your returned item before a full refund is applied. Once your return item is approved, we will refund you to your original method of payment. You will receive the fund within 5 business days.
